Hanoud Associates was founded in 1976 by Paul and Nancy Hanoud. From the beginning, a strong emphasis on product knowledge, dealer sales, and product application training has distinguished Hanoud Associates from the competition.

Sales people who understand the products they sell and where these products fit in the marketplace are great assets. These people do not just ‘happen.’ They are a direct result of frequent visits and training through product seminars and competitive product comparisons. This long-term commitment to education has resulted in the continued growth and success of the firm.
In addition to a focus on education for our dealers, we have made a similar commitment in our own sales staff. In 1988, our growth resulted in the purchase of a 2,200 square foot facility. The free-standing building is located on 1.6 country acres and includes a fully integrated high-speed computer network to facilitate communication between Hanoud Associates and all of our consultants, dealers, and VIP end-users.
Hanoud Associates offers a diversity of talents that allows us to have the right sales person call on the right account. It would not be effective to send an M.I. Representative to a Sound Contractor or Consultant as they don’t speak the same language. For example: Paul’s experience as a Massachusetts Licensed Electrician is invaluable in that he speaks the language of the Consultant and Contractor. He has managed a retail electronics store as well as operated sound systems for various music groups.
Over the years, Hanoud Associates has grown to eight people. With four trained road sales people and four full-time in-house office staff, our multi-faceted company is highly effective in all aspects of the business. Hanoud Associates employees are full-time employees. There are no part-timers or independent contractors in the company.
Hanoud Associates operates differently from traditional rep firms: Due to the small geographic area of New England, all of our employees call on many, but not all, of the same accounts. The resulting multiple sales visits allow specialized representatives to call on the different departments that the dealership might have – while also following up on previous visits made by other Hanoud Associates salespeople.
